Whenever an opportunity arises, this group embraces the history and culture of our area by having outings to the lesser known venues. The object being that we learn and enjoy every aspect about our heritage, past, present and future. Previous excursions have included: Light ship at Blyth, Heavy horse show at Etal, Old police station in Blyth and St Andrews church, Newcastle.
